Q: Do I need to wash the costume before returning back?

A: No need, unless you have stained it, you need to wash it.

Q: Where is the collection venue?

A: Raffles Place MRT (weekdays only) or Bedok Reservoir Rd (week nights/Weekends)

Q: Why are some rental fee at $10, some at $15?

A: The more popular designs are charged at $15.

Q: Why do I need to pay a deposit?

A: This is to safe guard the costume in case u forgot to return. 

Q: Do you do delivery?

A: Yes, at an extra courier fee of $6 paid by you.

Q: Can I bring my child down to try the costume before renting?

A: Yes of coz! I welcome everyone to try on before renting. 

Q: How do I confirm my costume rental date?

A: You will need to transfer the rental fee of $10 or $15 for us to reserve to date for you. Booking is on a 1st come 1st served basis.

Q: Can I get a refund if last min I do not need the costume?

A: No, you cant because the date is block for you and we have rejected other potential customers that may be eyeing on your date. It will be unfair to us.

Q: If I damage the costume, will my deposit be taken away?

A: Yes, if the costume is in unsuitable condition for future rent.

Q: Will I be able to keep the damaged costume after my deposit is taken away?

A: Yes, you may.
